Fuzhou Dr.H New Material Co.,Ltd
Fuzhou Dr.H New Material Co.,Ltd (Dr.H New Material) was founded in 2020 and is located in Minhou County, Fuzhou, Fujian. The company develops, manufactures and sells thermal management materials and EMI shielding materials. Its main products are silicone thermal conductive pads (Dr.H-10 to Dr.H-80, thermal conductivity 1.0–15.0 W/(m·K), Shore C 10–50, UL94 V0) and conductive foam shielding materials (shielding effectiveness at least 60–80 dB over 10 MHz–3 GHz). Supporting materials include conductive fabric, conductive copper and aluminium foil tapes, thermal grease, thermal gel and thermal double-sided tape. Products are used in AI computing, new energy and energy storage, telecom, automotive electronics, medical devices, industrial power supplies, industrial control and consumer electronics. The company is a designated high-tech enterprise (certificate No. GR202335000499) with 15 published patents, and holds ISO 9001 (cert. No. 11423Q410744R1S) and ISO 14001 (cert. No. 11423E410745R1S). Both certifications cover the manufacture of thermally conductive silicone gaskets and thermally conductive silicone grease only; conductive foam is not within their scope. Test reports against EU RoHS (10 substances), REACH SVHC (253 substances) and US TSCA (5 substances) are available on request; see the Downloads page and refer to the actual test report. It runs silicone compounding, calendering, slitting and die-cutting in house, and operates its own materials laboratory providing thermal simulation assessment, material selection and custom sampling.

Q: What does Dr.H New Material do?
Dr.H New Material develops, manufactures and sells thermal management materials and EMI shielding materials. The main products are silicone thermal conductive pads and conductive foam shielding materials, used in AI computing, new energy and energy storage, telecom base stations, industrial power supplies, industrial control and consumer electronics. Thermal simulation assessment, material selection and custom sampling are also provided.
Q: How do I select a thermal conductive pad?
Start from the power dissipation of the heat source and the allowable temperature rise, then measure the real assembly gap and tolerance to fix thermal conductivity, thickness and hardness. Softer grades suit thin-wall structures or fragile components; where automated placement is required, adhesive backing and precision die-cutting can be added. All parameters are subject to the actual test report.
Q: How is conductive foam different from ordinary foam?
Conductive foam uses a foam core wrapped in a conductive layer. Once compressed it forms a low-impedance path between metal structures, giving gap filling, EMI shielding and grounding at the same time. Ordinary foam only cushions and seals, without conductivity or shielding. All parameters are subject to the actual test report.
Q: How do I request a sample?
Provide the application industry, part name, power dissipation or interference frequency band, assembly gap, operating temperature range and structural dimensions, and the Dr.H New Material team will propose a specification and arrange samples. Sample quantity, specification and any applicable cost are subject to commercial confirmation.
Send us the heat source, power dissipation, assembly gap and operating temperature, and the team will propose a thermal pad or conductive foam specification.
