The Site is a static informational website with no registration, login or online forms, and we do not actively collect identifying information from visitors. 1. Information you provide: company name, contact name and job title, telephone, email, WeChat, delivery address, and technical details supplied for material selection such as application conditions, construction materials, power dissipation, gap dimensions, annual volume and drawings.

We use the information only to: answer enquiries and provide selection support; quote, send samples and provide after-sales support; send documents you request; and comply with legal obligations such as product traceability and export control or sanctions screening. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not use it for marketing unrelated to your enquiry unless you separately agree.
